There’s no shortage of places to grab a bite with burger joints, noodle bars, gastropubs and stylish bistros. For all your retail needs the town centre is full of all the big high street names you’d expect as well as fabulous independent boutiques to discover in the surrounding streets. If you fancy some culture you’ll be spoilt for choice – from theatre and performance art to independent films, gigs and comedy nights – Ipswich is bursting with culture.

Connectivity

Crown House is at the heart of Ipswich town centre and whether you live in the town or further afield there are plenty of ways to get here.

We’re just a 2-minute walk from the main bus station and 15 minutes from Ipswich train station. There are three direct services to London Liverpool Street running every hour with the quickest journey time at just under 70 minutes. It’s also easy to get to Norwich, Cambridge, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

We’re close to the A12 and A14 with excellent connections to the national road network. Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Chelmsford and Norwich are all within easy reach. The M25 and Stansted Airport are less than an hour away.
